Name: Flavio
My name is Flavio Greco ( the Greek, even if I have no connections there...)born in Italy, Turin, on October 1975 (congratulations for the ones good in math for figuring this out on ur own..).
I am affected by the travel bug, I think it got me when I spent one year as exchange student in the States, school year 92-93, yez...a long time ago.
Since then I set a target to put at least a foot on each of the continent before I reach 30....So here I am seeking my target!
I have been living in Dublin for the past 6 years.
I moved there to escape the military service, that used to be mandatory. The plan was to stay 3 years and then move on, but I liked the place, met loads of friend including Ken my travel mate, and I stayed until the end of June of this year, when I started this trip.....

Our heroes almost missed the flight....
The Piccadilly line (the one that goes toHeatrow) was closed cause of an accident, so it was a bit of a nightmare to get there...and then we cued at the wrong desk... I was laughing pretty hard, butKen was a bit pissed off...
Well we managed to get on the plane,separated seats obviously,and after 11 ours we got to Mexico city.
It then took us 3 hours to get out of the airport: immigration, baggage claim, waiting 4 taxi, and now we are in the beautifull 5 stars Hostel Moneda.

here we are in London, our first stop, before taking the flight bound to Mexico City.
Our last weekend in Dublin (even if we don't realize, we won't see old smoke for a while..)was entertained by U2 playing outside our house, and not even dropping by for a beer and the thousands people surrounding the area....
As usual I started packing at last minute..to be precise 4pm on monday afternoon, and considering the size of the room and the amount spent in Dublin (6 years) I let you imagine what I left behind. Sorry Anto for the mess!
Our heroes started in the most brilliant way: got to the airport escorted by a beatiful driver we went in the check in area and then here's the conversation: Flavio "which desk?", Ken " which airline?", Flavio " Dunno", Ken " it's definately Aer Lingus, let's go"....After 5 minutes in the cue we decided to check the tickets...and surprise surprise....we had to fly with British Midlands! As you can see we are absolutely prepared.
At the counter we were told the flight was delayed by 30 mins becuase of bad weather in London....At the gate we had to wait instead until 18,30 (1 hour late) and after a rough flight we finally got to London. Seeing the flight condition I guess some of the curses from our beloved friends and colleagues are working!
After over 1,30 hour Journey we arrived at Giulio's Place, that he shares with the girl from Cork (who will forgive me for not remembering her name)
To start getting used to rough places I decided to sleep on the floor....My back this morning told me in the year " You fxxxxxx Basxxxx"
Well we better get our ass on the way to the airport or we'll miss the flight....and you obviously don't want that!

PS: Flavio weight at departure 69kg (obviously pure muscle), Ken 70kg (pure brain).
Nb we managed to left home our plan for the trip (2 sheets of toilet paper...so pls help us with tips)
